This has got to be the best shoe repair service I’ve ever experienced! After my walking shoes fell apart during a recent hike, I was desperate to find someone who could fix them. I found this lovely shop, and they were incredibly accommodating. The staff took the time to assess the damage thoroughly and provided me with options to repair my shoes. I appreciated how they explained everything in detail, which made me feel at ease about the whole process. When I returned to collect my shoes, I was amazed at the expert repairs. They looked better than I could have imagined, and they even added a protective coating to keep them safe from future wear and tear. The prices were very reasonable for such quality work. My only suggestion would be to improve the signage outside, as I almost walked past it. Overall, I'm thrilled with the service and will definitely be coming back in the future for all my shoe repair needs!

The staff was welcoming and took the time to discuss the repairs and options available. Their attention to detail was impressive; they even offered to customise the colour of the soles to match the original. I was delighted to learn that they had a quick turnaround, which is perfect for someone like me who is always on the go. When I picked up my trainers, they looked brand new, and I could barely believe the transformation! The only thing I’d suggest is to have more seating in the waiting area, as it gets quite busy. But overall, I had a wonderful experience here and will be returning for any future shoe repairs.

I recently took my favourite pair of boots for repair, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and they look brand new again. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions without hesitation. The only downside was the wait time was a bit longer than I expected, but honestly, the quality made it worth it. If you need shoe repairs, I highly recommend this place! I will definitely return for any future needs.
